Loads eBay's own Payments Transaction report (Type + Net amount + itemized fees) and reconciles it exactly to what actually got paid to your bank — per store, and split by your real ownership share.
1. Import report data
Per store: its Orders report and its Transactions report (Seller Hub → Payments → Transactions, export as CSV). Uploaded data is saved in this browser and reloads automatically.
Pulls the already-parsed data straight from the ebay_operations Postgres database — no re-uploading needed.
| File | Store | Report type | Rows | Status |

2. Transaction types
Every row in eBay's Transactions report is one of these types — check the bucket each maps to| Type | Rows | Sum (Net amount) | P&L bucket |
|---|
3. Manual adjustments (optional)
Add costs eBay's reports don't include — source price, packaging, inventory, subscription fee, software, labor…Filters

5. By store & your share
Shopiver, Nexora & Trynex are 100% yours. JD Next Gen Ltd and HTK LLC are 50/50 net-profit splits.| Store | Txn rows | Order rows | Revenue | Deductions | Net profit | Source price | Profit after source price | Your % | Your share |
|---|
Source price is pulled from each order's "My item note" (Orders report). Your share applies your ownership % to profit after source price.

6. Orders report overview
From the Orders report — informational only, not counted twice in the P&L above. "Net earning" is what eBay actually paid out for these orders (sold-for revenue minus fees, refunds, claims, shipping label cost, etc. from the Transactions report) — "Sold-for revenue" is the gross amount before any of that is deducted.| Store | Item | Qty sold | Revenue (sold for) | Net earning | Source price | Net profit |
|---|
For an order with more than one item, its net earning is split across those items by revenue share (same method as Item-wise profit) — so each item's figure here is its allocated slice of that order's eBay payout, not a separately tracked number.
Cost by vendor
| Vendor | Order lines | Units | Total cost | Order numbers |
|---|
⚠ Missing source price — treated as £0 cost
These order notes have no recoverable price (often overwritten with a status message like "Waiting for Customer's Response"). Fix the note at the source and re-upload to pull in the real cost.
| Store | Order | Item | Note |
|---|
7. Item notes review
Since these notes are typed by hand, search them to catch typos before they distort the source price totalType to search — nothing shown until you do, since there can be thousands of order lines.
| Store | Order | Item | Note | Parsed price | Vendor |
|---|
8. Order profit lookup
Look up any order to see its own revenue, fees, refunds, source price and net profitType an order number (or store/item keyword), tick "Show all orders", or pick a vendor, to see the profit breakdown.
| Store | Order | Status | Item | Item note | Vendor | Revenue | Refunds | Claims | eBay fees | Shipping | Other | Net earning (eBay payout) | Source price | Net profit |
|---|
Hover over the eBay fees figure to see it broken down by fee type (transaction fee, ad fee, etc.). "Net earning" is what eBay actually deposits for that order — Net profit is that minus your item cost. Rows highlighted red lost money. The small box next to Source price is editable — type the real cost for any order whose source price note was lost, and it overrides the £0 everywhere (this table, By Store, the P&L statement).

11. Item-wise profit
Per item: units sold, total earning, and net profit after eBay fees AND item costType an item/SKU, or tick "Show all items", to see per-item profit.
| Store | Item | Qty sold | Total earning | Net profit | Margin |
|---|
"Total earning" is gross sold-for revenue. "Net profit" allocates each order's eBay fees/refunds proportionally across its items (by revenue share), then subtracts that item's own cost price. Rows highlighted red lost money.
12. Trends over time
Revenue, source price & net profit by month
Net margin % by month
Net profit after source price as a percentage of revenue — flags margin erosion even when absolute profit still looks fine.
Net profit by store, by month
One line per selected store (after source price) — compare trajectories side by side instead of a single snapshot total.

17. Executive P&L (CEO view)
Shown as one statement per currency (GBP / PKR / USD) — no exchange rate is applied, so each currency's figures stand on their own rather than being forced into one misleading total. "eBay net profit" is each selected company's matched eBay store, after source price. Opening Balance and Transfers are shown separately below as memo lines (cash movement, not profit) — Net Profit only reflects actual Income and Expense. Companies marked with an accent stripe (Shopiver/Trynex/Nexora and Nexelers) are one operation — Nexelers runs the UK stores from Pakistan, so its PKR figures sit in their own block but represent the same business.

19. VAT summary (UK, estimate)
⚠ Estimate only, not filing-ready. This tool has no server/HMRC connection and can't submit a VAT return (Making Tax Digital requires registered bridging software with an API connection) — it only computes the 9 boxes from your ledger so you can check them against your records, then enter/verify them yourself in HMRC's portal or MTD software. Have an accountant confirm before filing.
20. Accounts summary
A P&L and simplified balance sheet formatted for handing to your accountant or using as a filing reference — not statutory accounts on its own. No liabilities ledger exists in this tool, so the balance sheet below is partial (assets and equity only); have an accountant complete it before submission to Companies House / SECP.
Record day-to-day business income, expenses, opening balances & transfers across all companies, with the invoice or receipt attached to each entry. Kept separately from the eBay report data, so it's not affected by "Clear all data".

UK & Pakistan employee records and monthly pay runs. Tax/NI figures are estimates using standard assumptions for the most recent rates known at the time this was built — they go stale every tax year and ignore individual circumstances (tax codes, allowances, benefits). Verify with a qualified payroll provider or accountant before relying on them to actually pay anyone or file with HMRC/FBR.
